JV “Uz-Kor Gas Chemical” LLC has announced the commencement of Competitive Selection №CS-28/26 to provision of service related to the analysis current and recalculation of relay protection and automation (RPA) settings in the 35kV network of UGCC. attached specification

Please provide technical and commercial proposal until 03:00 PM by Tashkent time on April 16, 2026.

The potential suppliers will be disqualified from participation in competitive selection:

a) which are under reorganization (amalgamation, joining, separation, restructuring), liquation or bankruptcy;
b) which didn’t submit all the necessary documents for competitive selection within set timeframe;
c) which have not fulfilled their commitments undertaken on previously concluded contracts;
d) which have pending litigation with Customer;

A potential Contractor is obliged to conduct a mandatory in-person inspection of the facility before submitting a technical and commercial proposal:

a) conduct an on-site technical inspection of the 35 kV switchgear at UGCC;
b) review the primary and secondary circuit diagrams;
c) study the configuration of RPA terminals (SIPROTEC);
d) assess the current protection and automation settings;
e) clarify the actual operating modes of generation and loads;
f) agree on the list of initial data with the Customer.
g) upon completion of the inspection, an On-Site Visit Certificate shall be prepared and signed by representatives of both the Customer and the potential Contractor.
e) technical and commercial proposals from participants who have not completed the on-site inspection will not be considered.
f) the date and time of the inspection shall be agreed in advance with the Customer
