Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide range of applications, including in the production of packaging and labeling of textile products (eg, ropes, fibers and carpets), stationery, various types of plastic parts and reusable containers, automotive components, disposable syringes, and so on. d. In addition polymer prepared from propylene monomer unusually resistant to many chemical solvents, bases and acids.
Despite the short history, our products have entered the market and already have their rightful place among the end-users through a highly qualified and trained personnel who are involved in the production and constant quality control.
Accreditation
Polypropylene grade rating produced in UGCC:
1. SA or the first grade.
a) melt flow rate (MFR) differs from the specification:
to ± 30% at MFR>1 g/10 min;
to ± 40% at MFR≤1 g/10 min.
b) color (whiteness): to 10% lower, than on spec.;
c) two criterias of defects are different from on spec.;
d) for film grades, it is allowed to increase of "Fish eye" criteria, but not more than twice from the on spec..
2. SB or the second grade is assigned if two criterias differs from those of on spec.
3. SC or the third grade. Mainly this is the product produced during the grade transition, For production of technical production which does not required high physical-mechanical properties.
Above mentioned rating is added to the end of name of the grade, for example rating of J-150 grade is the first, then it will be specified as J-150SA.
If the grade is indicated without above mentioned ratings, then the grade is on spec. and indicated as J-150.
