Please provide a commercial proposal before 15:00 Tashkent time on April 14, 2026.
The potential suppliers will be disqualified from participation in competitive selection:
a) which are under reorganization (amalgamation, joining, separation, restructuring), liquation or bankruptcy;
b) which didn’t submit all the necessary documents for competitive selection within set timeframe;
c) which have not fulfilled their commitments undertaken on previously concluded contracts;
d) which have pending litigation with Customer;
e) Who have provided false or false information.
f) who did not provide the documents established in the terms of reference
JV "Uz-Kor Gas Chemical" LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, cancel Competitive selection and reject all proposals at any time prior to the award of the contract, without any liability to bidders.
