INVITATION TO BID No. T-4/26

JV «Uz-Kor Gas Chemical» LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) hereby invites you to participate in bid №T-4/26 for the supply of wooden pallets with fumigation in quantity of 170 000 pcs according to the technical assignment.
Company should meet following minimum criteria for participation in the bidding:

• Company should not be under reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy (evidence from tax authority and bank is to be submitted);
• Company should have been established at least 5 (five) years before announcement of the bidding (submit notarized copies of the certificate of state registration, foundation agreement of the company, charter of the company);
• Company should provide bidding proposal in English and Russian.
• Company must have its own production of goods from wood and be a resident of Republic of Uzbekistan.
• The company's production workshop must be located within a radius of no more than 200 km from the UGCC.

Participation in bidding and submission of necessary documents (instruction to bidders) will be provided free of charge upon receipt of an official letter requesting bidding documentation with indication of recipient’s e-mail address. Such letter shall be signed by an authorized person and certified with the stamp of a bidder.

Package of bidding documents must be delivered in due time by courier mail or by hand in a sealed envelope with the contact details of the sender, name of subject and number of bid.

The documents submitted by the companies for participation in bidding No. T-4/26 after 3 pm by Tashkent time on April 10th, 2026 will not be accepted. Bidding documents and any clarifications will be stopped providing 5 (five) calendar days prior to the deadline for submission of bid proposals.
