JV “Uz-Kor Gas Chemical” LLC has announced the commencement of Competitive Selection №CS-156/26 for concluding a contract with a specialized organization for the performance of works on the diagnostics and major repair of the TMG-630/10/0.4 kV power oil-immersed transformer installed at the “Surgil” CGTU. according to the technical assignment

Please submit your commercial proposal by 15:00 Tashkent time on August 28, 2026.

The potential suppliers will be disqualified from participation in competitive selection:
a) entities undergoing reorganization (merger, accession, division, separation, transformation), liquidation or bankruptcy;
b) entities that have failed to submit all documents required for the competitive selection within the established timeframe;
c) entities that have failed to properly fulfill their obligations under previously concluded contracts;
d) entities that are involved in litigation with the Customer.

Confirmation of Qualification and Experience

To confirm compliance with the requirements of the competitive selection, the potential Contractor shall provide:
a) information about the organization and its production facilities;
b) experience in performing similar works involving the diagnostics and major repair of 6–10 kV transformers, including a list of completed works and references;
c) availability of specialized repair and testing facilities, including a list of major equipment;
d) qualified personnel directly involved in the works, with confirmation of their qualifications and experience;e) permits, approvals and other documents required under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the relevant type of work;
f) a list of major diagnostic, repair and testing equipment;
g) warranty obligations and the location where the repair will be performed, including the address of the repair facility and confirmation of its availability for use.

The documents provided shall enable the Customer to assess whether the potential Contractor has the necessary experience, qualifications, production and testing facilities to perform the works properly.
