JV “Uz-Kor Gas Chemical” LLC has announced the commencement of Competitive Selection №CS-24-56 for the execution of works on updating the cost estimation documentation and developing the GEN and COP sections in accordance of technical assignment

Please provide commercial proposal until 04:00 P.M. by Tashkent time on 25/08/2026.

The potential suppliers will be disqualified from participation in competitive selection:
a) Not having valid accreditation or other officially documented authorization and competence to conduct the relevant laboratory testing of wastewater for the parameters specified in the Technical Assignment;
b) which are under reorganization (amalgamation, joining, separation, restructuring), liquation or bankruptcy;
c) which didn’t submit all the necessary documents for competitive selection within set timeframe;
d) which have not fulfilled their commitments undertaken on previously concluded contracts;
e) which have pending litigation with Customer;

Commercial proposals should be on company letterhead, signed by the manager, contain delivery term and certified by the seal and must meet all the requirements of technical assignment. Also, submit the licenses and certificates to provision of services.

The Customer reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, cancel the tender process and reject all proposals at any time prior to awarding the contract, without any liability to the tenderers.
