JV «Uz-Kor Gas Chemical» LLC hereinafter referred to as Customer (also - “JV”) has announced an open bidding No. T-16-26 for a period of 30 days starting from May 19th, 2026, for rendering insurance services (Collective medical insurance [Lot # 1] and Collective accident insurance [Lot # 2]).

For participation in the bidding a company should meet the following minimum criteria:

-The company must not be under reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy (evidence from tax authority and bank to be submitted);
-The company must have been established at least 3 (three) years before announcement of the bidding (submit copies of foundation agreement of the company, charter of the company);
-Availability of current License from the National Agency of Perspective Projects of the RoU / the Agency for insurance market development (the Ministry of economy and finance of the RoU) to carry out activities on insurance classes, which are the subject-matter of this Bid.
-The company must provide bidding proposal in English and Russian.
-The company’s financial stability rating shall be not less than “uzA++” as per scale of rating agency Ahbor-reyting and/ or not less than “uzAA” as per scale of rating agency Standard and Sensetive Ratings and/or or similar (actual rating assigned as per results of 2025 and/ or 2024);
-The company shall appoint independent and not affiliated with the Bidder professional medical assistance service for provision of services for the personnel of the Customer as per contract being subject matter of this Tender (compulsory condition for the Lot #1);
-The Company shall have in presence in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, in all regions of the RoU and in the city of Tashkent of its duly established branches and/or separated (sub)divisions (for prompt settlement of insurance accidents as wells authorized to settle the claims of the Assured (persons) (their heirs or successors) for insurance indemnity payments);
-The company shall not have issued and not fulfilled prescriptions received from the National Agency of Perspective Projects of the RoU/ Agency for insurance market development under the Ministry of economy and finance of the RoU, and shall not be subject to revocation, suspension of its License for insurance activities over the last 3 years.

Participation in bidding and submission of necessary documents (instruction to bidders) will be provided free of charge upon receipt of an official letter requesting bidding documentation with indication of recipient’s e-mail address. Such letter shall be signed by an authorized person and sealed with the stamp of a bidder.

Provision of bidding documents shall be stopped 5 days prior to the deadline of the Bid announcement

When submitting documents, in a mandatory manner, please indicate your bank details and full legal address.

Package of bidding documents must be delivered in due time by courier mail or express messenger in a sealed envelope with the contact details of the sender, name of subject and number of bidding (with mark “Do not open by mail handling department”).
After 11:00 am by Tashkent time on June 17th, 2026, the documents submitted by the companies for participation in bidding No. T-16-26 will not be accepted.
