INVITATION TO BID No.T-20/2024

JV «Uz-Kor Gas Chemical» LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) hereby invites you to participate in bid No. Т-17/2024 for a period of 30 days starting from  March 15,  2024 for the reconstruction (strengthening) of the existing foundations under gas condensate horizontal tanks (100 m3) and installation of reinforced concrete anti-slope structures, at the condensate storage area of CGTU Surgil.

For participation in the bidding a company should meet the following minimum criteria:

· Company must not be under reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy (evidence from tax authority and bank to be submitted);
· Company must have been established at least 3 year before announcement of the bidding (submit notarized copies of the certificate of state registration, foundation agreement of the company, charter of the company);
· Installation work must be carried out by a specialized construction and installation organization that has a License to carry out activities for the construction of high-risk facilities and potentially hazardous industries and at least 3 years of experience in similar facilities (mandatory requirement);
· Complexity category of the construction project: Complexity category III, License for construction work on particularly hazardous sites (mandatory requirement);
· Bidding proposal shall be in English and Russian

Participation in bidding and submission of necessary documents (instruction to Bidders) will be provided free of charge upon receipt of an official letter requesting bidding documentation with indication of recipient’s e-mail address. Such letter shall be signed by an authorized person and certified with the stamp (if available) of a Bidder.

Package of bidding documents must be delivered in due time by courier mail or express messenger in a sealed envelope with the contact details of the sender, name of subject and number of bidding.

After 3:00 pm by Tashkent time on April 15, 2024 the documents submitted by the companies for participation in bidding   No. Т-17/2024 will not be accepted.
Companies that intended to participate in the biding may receive further information thereon on the JV’s website, and also receive a full package of bidding documentation at the following address of JV representative office in Tashkent:
